As the owner and founder of Bond & Bloom Pelvic Health; there are a couple of key differences I bring to your care. I am residency trained in pelvic health which means beyond getting my Doctorate in Physical Therapy; I also subspecialized in pelvic health residency information and training. I also bring residency mentor and guest lecturing experience which means I am passionate about teaching patients about their bodies and how to optimize their quality of life. I believe health is a partnership and want to compassionately walk that journey with you.

I am an intentional listener and question asker. This means I spend the first part of our evaluation asking questions to understand your symptoms better in order to avoid making assumptions. I then listen to your answers and your goals intentionally to create a plan of care that is you centered. I like to maintain a peaceful and light atmosphere where healing can occur. I love to teach about what I am finding and empowering patients with tools to help achieve their goals quicker and with more quality.

Bond & Bloom is a cash pay model. This model allows your therapist to take 60 minutes of her undivided attention and attend to your personal pelvic health needs without insurance dictating how many visits can be performed or how long the visit can be.
The patient can ask for a superbill of their visit to be emailed to them by therapist. The patient can then submit a claim for their visit amount to go toward their out of network deductible as applicable.
