All services are delivered in a private, one-on-one setting with extended appointment times to support thorough evaluation and treatment.
Bladder Dysfunction
Evaluation and treatment of stress urinary incontinence, urge urinary incontinence, urinary urgency, and urinary frequency. Care addresses pelvic floor function, bladder habits, and contributing musculoskeletal factors to improve control and reduce symptoms in daily life.
Bowel Dysfunction
Management of constipation, dyssynergic defecation, and fecal incontinence. Care focuses on pelvic floor coordination, bowel mechanics, and movement patterns that may contribute to symptoms.
Pelvic Pain & Sexual Health
Care for dyspareunia, vaginismus, chronic pelvic pain, and endometriosis-related pelvic or abdominal pain. Therapist also specializes in prolapse physical therapy. Treatment targets pelvic floor overactivity, tissue mobility, and pain-related movement patterns.
Pregnancy-Related Care
Pelvic health support for stress urinary incontinence, sacroiliac joint pain, pelvic girdle pain, and activity limitations during pregnancy. Care focuses on maintaining pelvic floor and musculoskeletal function as the body changes.
Postpartum Rehabilitation
Postpartum care for diastasis recti abdominis, urinary or bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and return to exercise. Treatment is tailored to stage of recovery and individual goals.

All care is provided in a private, one-on-one setting with no double booking or overlapping appointments.
Initial evaluations are 60 minutes and priced at $175. Follow-up visits are 60 minutes and priced at $125. This dedicated treatment time allows for thorough assessment, individualized care, and focused attention throughout every visit.

Bond & Bloom Pelvic Health operates on a cash-pay model and does not bill insurance, including Medicare.
This approach allows care to be guided by clinical need rather than insurance limitations, with full control over evaluation time, treatment methods, and frequency of visits.
